Stays begin on Saturday after 14.00h and end on Saturday by 9.00h.

Prices include:
• Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly; cleaning before and afterwards.
• Water, gas, electricity and wood;
• Use of the swimming pool and facilities.
• Free internet wifi connection inside the house and outdoor
• All taxes included the new Tassa di Soggiorno;

To be paid then and there:
• Air conditioner (free in some houses) cash deposit of Euro 50 for the remote control
• Tourist tax, Euro 1/day - max 6 days ( children free)

Supplements ( Optional) :
• Cradle (to request before the arrival!) Euro 40 / week;
• Pets are permitted for Euro 40,00 every week ,
  but they will need vaccinations and their own passport,
  and it is forbidden to bring them to the pool.
  You have to declare them when you book your reservation.
  They are forbidden in Eder, Melograno and Ginestra
• Additional bed ( max n.1 for house) Euro 70 / Week
