Bookings

Booking applications have to be formulated through a special "BOOKING" section complete with all data.
Booking acceptance is perfected only when the customer receives booking confirmation via telecommunications.

Prices

The tourist package price is determined by the rate indicated for the apartment during the chosen period.

Terms of payment

On booking, the deposit equals 20% of the total package amount.
The balance shall be paid 60 days before the arrival date.

Payment procedures

On booking, the customer can choose to pay the tourist package either by credit card 1) or through bank draft 2).

1) In the event of payment by credit card, the Organiser, through a safe transaction with the SSL system, can withdraw the deposit on receipt of the telecommunications booking.
Within 60 days from the arrival date, the customer shall pay the balance through a bank. Should the organiser not receive the above-mentioned payments on the established date, the booking is annulled.

2) In the event of payment by draft, telecommunications bookings hold for 7 natural days within which time the customer shall pay a deposit through the bank. After this operation, if carried out within scheduled terms, bookings shall hold.
Within 60 days from the arrival date, the customer shall pay the balance through a bank. Should the organiser not receive the above-mentioned payments on the established date, the booking is annulled.
